We are proud to announce the launch of the brand new concept in nocturnal entertainment from the people that brought the award winning 54 Shoreditch we present to you 54 Mile End.

54 Mile End is a true interpretation of twenty first century London clubbing, a multi dimensional forward thinking space, the venue has four exclusively crafted dynamic zones for you to enjoy. From the opulent urban deco boutique bar & restaurant on floor 1 to the contrasting raw and industrial neon blue lit basement club and secret VIP area featured on the top floor. Each zone has been optimised to deliver maximum sound distinction with a bespoke Funktion One sound system fitted throughout the venue.

A forward thinking sound system deserves a forward thinking music policy and the host of events programmed exclusively by WeAreBeautiful is an exciting and eclectic mix of London’s coolest club nights providing a unique spectrum of diverse dance music from Electro to Dubstep through to House and Hip hop. This is the music of today brought to you by the venue of tomorrow.

Launching on the May bank holiday is the outdoor Urban Beach, a unique Oasis situated behind the club and created using real Caribbean sand, finished with wood decking and surrounded with a beautiful Ibizian influenced garden. Each weekend the Urban Beach will host The Mile End beach club with BBQ, live music, DJ’s, outdoor cinema and many other attractions.

54 Mile End is exclusively programmed by WEAREBEAUTIFUL, the company behind huge nights at The Cross, Key, Canvas and Pacha. We caught up with head honcho James Clent to get the inside story on 54::Mile End.

54::Mile end has just recently opened up. Tell us a bit about the venue?

Well I would say it's a true interpretation of the modern boutique London club, it's a restaurant during the day serving up great rustic food and an urban art deco finished bar during the evening, its got a beach with 40 tonnes of real Caribbean sand and an amazing Funktion One fitted basement club that's so raw it hurts you're eyes! It's a little bit of everything but everything done well!

What sort of events can we expect over the next month?

The team and I wanted to have a real eclectic mix of club nights, record labels and brands to feature every month at 54, from dubstep to hiphop, from electro to house each event has something different to offer every week. It's a modern slice of the popular musical spectrum today. I've got some great people im working with to bring this all together, Matt Thompson has done a great job as promotion manager at the venue we're all very excited about June!

I hear you have a your own mini Bora Bora out the back. What's the crack with that?

That's right! 1000sq ft of real white sand beach! I think it's a first for a UK club and it brings a totally new dynamic to the club in the summer months! All we need now is some nice warm weather…. We've got the boys from ketoloco throwing a beach party there this Sunday, oh my days! I can see that being a total riot, as I know what the lads from dc 15 are like… We will be hosting a series of one off parties at the beach each week so keep your eyes peeled for more info.

Why should be clubbers in London seek out 54::Mile End?

If you're a fan of 54 Shoreditch you need to check out what we have in store at Mile End. The club down stairs is nothing but breathtaking it's got a real underground feel and the soundsystem is perfection.
