£300 p/m in Walthamstow.
Double room.
15-20 minutes from Kings Cross.
30 minutes from central london.

One guy, one girl in house. Female preferred but not essential.

I personaly pay £400 a month mortgage on a 1 bed falt. Welcome to London. Still the wages are good and I wouldn't live anywhere else.

Hey i live in leeds and live in a gorgeous flat, 2 bedroom, huge rooms, gas central heating, brand new fitted carpets, new bathroom, new refurbished and it costs me £400.00 a month inc all bills and council tax apart from elec! SOrted! Nice wages too!

rite I'm sort of going off track here but can't hurt to keep pyro's post at the top....

a) house prices are insane, my x taught me that:
terraced house in basingstoke: 110
terraced house in gloucester: 60
terraced house in newcastle: 25

also with a 400 mortgage at least ur buying something, my monies just...flyin' away.....but i like the fact i can live somewhere else in a month with no hassle
