They happen and as much as I dislike it, the law, from my understanding is designed to jail a few innocent (let appeals sort it out) and jail (nearly) all the guilty. As opposed to jailing no innocent and letting off more quilty.

I don't do much on this planet, but David Blaine has taught me that I could do less!!
