this is obviously not neccesarily true so dont take my word for it, but i recieved an E-Mail from a mate a min ago which said this
from my source at the Beeb
Just called a mate of mine that's a reporter at the Daily Star. The players involved are ******* **** (who's the one from the other club) and ****, *****, *******, *******.....+ 3 others (though details are a bitsketchy at the moment, prob not ******** and ****** though! Basically **** is staying at the ********* being put up by the ******** while his loan/move is all sorted out. He goes out and pulls this bird in question and takes her back to shag her. He gets a call off some of his old ******* U21 mates who are out on the p!ss after there match at *******. So he takes this bird off to a club and meets half the ********* team who then all go back to the Hotel where ********* are staying and proceed to go bananas in the hotel bar with **** screwing up £20 notes and throwing them at the bar staff: "here, Double ya wages!!" At this point ******* suggests that the bird puts on a bit of a show for the lads... And **** is rumoured to have suggested she give him a BJ while **** and ******* man the other end! eventually they get a bit bored and go back to one of the rooms where they clear out the mini bar and whatever is alledged takes place. To temper this a bit though, my mate also said he's heard that the chick actually had breakfast with ******** and ******* the next morning in the hotel before going to the Sun and THEN the police which is always gonna set alarm bells ringing. Apparently she's already signed up exclusive rights with the SUN and you'll probably she the full spread in the News of the world on Sunday.... "
dont know if thats true, but when i lived in ipswich ****** **** the cunt used to burn 50 pound notes in the club.
make of it what you will
As per recomendations, places and names have been removed.

Interesting story, Jay, and I certainly wouldn't expect it to be far from the truth, either!
We were on about it today at work and someone said "she's having DNA tests" - what will these prove? that sex happened, yeah, but that she was struggling to get away? no!
and "she's got bruises on her arms". Never got bruises from a bit of hard shaggin? Yeah right!
The "fact" (which i'm sure it will turn out to be) that she's signed an exclusive deal with the newspaper says it all to me!
Money-grabbing slapper. IMO, anyway.
... lose yourself in the music, the moment, you wannit, you better never let it go...

My kinda woman! Damn right Cherry. After a half-decent romp I expect, at a bare minimum, to stagger away with carpet burns and a dislocated jaw.

Technically Jay could be done for libel...
Ermm Techincally he couldn't if what was published was true. You can't be found to be libelous if what you publish is true. But you might find that plod comes down quite heavy, on James and Bukey, and tries to take down the site, confiscate the servers. Cos posts like this can and do jepordise cases. + Make them more difficult to try. + if it the posts are true you could get 'perverting the course of justice' sub-judace ect. Other (football) sites have been advised to delete all names just in case. Either way, Jay would be the one visiting James and Bukey in prison. Not the other way around.
If what was published was untrue, then the named individuals themselves would have to sue Jay and or ClubtheWorld, for libel. Which is extremely unlikely. Being as people mainly sue for libel in the hope of getting millions of pounds, and/or restoring their good name. Neither of which would happen if famous footballers sued a non profit making clubbing website, and one of it's members. And the defamed individuals would look fucking stupid if they tried, + everyone that they know profesionally woud advise them not to even contemplate it.
So I think an action for libel highly unlikely. But deleting the names was a good idea.

I agree with what you're saying but calling them MALE MODELS is a bit much...or do you find them attractive?

Good point... Well, it depends, if what is written is in any way defamation, then he can....

Complete bollocks! In this case, anyway. First of all, I can't be held responsible for my customers use of site, as long as I act responsibly in getting them to behave. Otherwise you'd have no websites anywhere in the world - people wouldn't be willing to let others host on their servers. Then, James is pretty safe because this is a message board that has clear terms and conditions. It wouldn't be perversing (sp?) the course of justice as such - but it could make it more difficult for a fair trial. However, there's nothing in law at the minute that stops names being published on the internet like there is with newspapers, the television and other forms of media. This is one point that has been highlighted during this case, and something that some corners are lobbying for a change in the law with.
Also, I'd like to see them attempt to confiscate the server (that bits pure science fiction). Mind, would be a nice jolly for a copper or two, all the way over to San Fran...

Nope, see my points above.

Yup, agree that action would be unlikely... Better to be safe than sorry though!

No. They think they are above the law. I hope - if they are guilty - they pay dearly for it.
