As far as I'm concerned year on year its the Next Sale - its a proper sale - 90% of everything starts off at half price and then gets continually marked down even lower throughout the day.

I'm a lucky git as I work in an area (London Bridge) which is primarily offices, i.e. no tourists etc.. shopping, and because 80% of people are off on holiday the shops here are empty and as such full to the brim of heavily discounted clothing and also marked down that much faster due to the lack of sales !

I've already popped to Next TWICE today and will be going again this afternoon when prices are lower still.

I have 4 bags, my boss has EIGHT !

My local Co-op has a good sale every year on boxing day but it's only on selected electrical items and it advertises these goods in the local papers before christmas so you get a few crazy people that tend to think it's okay to camp out in the middle of the town centre for 2 days!
Suppose it's worth the wait though as far as they are concerned as I know of one fella that got a £2500 television for £399 and a woman that got a £2000 3 piece leather suite fo £200.
The are all fucking nutters imho!

I went to next sale n got a stripey jumper, n loadsa smellies coz they do good smellies n other bits n bobs, had to queue for an hour n half tho to pay My mum got there at 5 in the mornin when it opened - maad!
I went to Bluewater on sat & got loads of wikid designer stuff mainly from house fo fraser & Envy, I luv the sales - I usually get loads in 'em afta xmas then not that much the rest of the year!
Also noticed they started Boxing Day this yr - went to the local ones & got loads there too in warehouse

River Island were pretty good today. Next did have 50% off half its stock, but not anythin i wanted this time round :-(

kids stuff from next is wicked. my sister went barmy in there the other day and got my wee boy some lovely stuff.

but for the all year round sale, i'm a TK Max die hard. Most people moan that they can nae get anything from there, but I've gotten a few interesting things here and there. always worth a look in my opinion.
