What's the best side of London to live in? North, East, South or West?

Had a few arguments with other Londoners about the best side to the capital.

We all know that the Westside is the place to be.

North London- Islington/Hoxton is by far the best area. West London is full of trustafarians who spend their days wearing red chinos and gucci loafers and generally noncing around.

South London is full of criminals (why do you think the tube line barely crosses the river? Because all the tracks kept getting nicked when they were laying them).

East London is a dive (bar the areas around Brick lane of course where it's trendily derelict).

North london- best clubs (The Cross, Fabric, Cargo, 333, Turnmills), bars (anything around Curtain Road area). You can walk to work (in the city) and to the West End.

And... you can get out of London pretty easily (A1- north, A40/A4 West).

(obviously, this is all merely in my humble opinion).
