If something has really upset me or really getting me down i go to bed and sleep, no matter what time of day it is. If i'm asleep i can get away from it for a while.

But if i'm just feeling down i usually eat loads of food or have sex. Which every is easiest to get at the time.

1. re-arrange all your CDs in the order you purchased then.
2. wank until you faint.
3. drink flaming sambucas until you can no longer feel your mouth.
4. pay for a professional to carry out No. 2 on the list (financially this helps if you are in Thailand or Amsterdam).
5. run in a straight line for as long as you can and see what happens.
