Trance classics with Ferry Corsten and Guy Ornadel!! Am reallly looking forward to my first visit to the Emporium in Coalville. Am going with quite a group, for a mates 21st. Its going to be awesome!!!
What an awesome night!! Arrived half way into Marc West's set, was already fairly full, but was suprised to find all other rooms were shut?? or maybe I just wasn't looking hard enough! Ferry Corsten came on at 11, and took it up a notch. Then Sir Guy took over for the final set. First tune out of the box was an absolutley storming tech twisted mix of Fischerspooner's Emerge. It completely took the roof off. Guy's set very diverse moving throught the sub-genres of trance. Highlights included CJ Bolland - The Profit and Tomcraft - Loneliness
It was a very mixed crowd, some realy cool cybers, the usual crowd of try-hards and far too many wrong-uns!!!
Well its not that coincidental! Erm.. don't think I know "Dinky", may do though!! The only people I know from Peterborough are: a girl called Bernadette. She is always at SS. And another girl, but can't remember her real name!! She's Touchtherainbow on Gurn & Crasher board, is at uni @ Sheffield. But don't them very well though!
Where do you usually go out? I usually go out in Cambridge or further afield. Whats Peterborough like?
Peterborough is wank for ne thing more than cheese & pop!
I go out in Stamford whenever theres a hardhouse event on, which is about 1 in every 5/6 weeks!
Er so far Tidy Boys/Rob Tissera/Yomanda/Paul Glazby has played in Stamford....and the only good shit u get in Peterborough is garage/hip-hop & r&b SHIT! But you get good names.......trust me
That is what I thought!! Cambridge is pretty good, there is quite community thing going on. Get people like Lab4 (next week), K90, Lee Haslam, BK, Superfast Oz, Superfish as well as local DJs: Mobi-D & Dan Ro.
