God I used to LOVE making bread - why is it that you JUST CANT BEAT homemade bread - better than any bread you buy in the shops - even the freshly baked stuff - why ?!?!

My ex-g/f is allergic to normal bread so we knocked up a home-made pizza from scratch, using gluten-free bread mix to make the base. Turned out surprisingly well! Like cooking in general, it's quite fun if you can be arsed!
