im guessing it was happy hardcore... but with all the gritted teeth, monster gurning and the general sadness of it all, it didnt seem very happy to me. looked like a room full of imaciated refugees doing the pogo!

the only reason for this is he duznt push himself as much as he shud!!!

ask any member on here who owns a copy of his mixes or has heard them!!!
and then you will know he knows what he is talkin about!!!

Of course, Mod1 is 29 and I think he has had just that bit more experience than you. How old are you again? Say no more really. You may well think its easy to get into the scene but you've got a shock coming to you if you think that. With so many wannabes out there these days like yourself why do you think you'll be any different? What exact experience do you have? By the sounds of the links, very little at this moment in time, keep working on it anyway and you just never know. If you read Mod1's remarks again you'll find there was constructive criticism in regards to some tracks being higher than others.
By the way, theres going to be alot more shit comments coming your way if you 'know' you're going to make it big, by reading what you've just wrote I doubt very much you're ready for it.

i wasnt refering to bass amount anyway.. i was on about levels...as in VOLUME!
i wouldnt expect him to like one of my sets, and to be honest i wouldn't give a shit if he did slag one off. Jay is very honest with me about my cds (hes not keen at all on some of them), and im thankfull for his honesty. I have NEVER claimed to be the best dj in the world cos i know i aint! technically i know exactly where im lacking and i wouldn't have known unless people point it out to me.
tune wise its always gonna be down to personal taste, but a set should flow and go somewhere no matter what style it is.. sorry for any offence caused, ive always enjoyed a bit of 'i hate your tunes/you hate mine' and can handle it when im on the end of a bit of abuse.. its all fun.
...and in his original post (b4 he edited it) he invited abuse.. what can i say?
